1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AMBASERVER ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

AMBASERVER provides music distribution, metadata management, royalty tracking, and related services for record labels and artists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content (audio, artwork, metadata) you upload.
• You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your music and creative assets. By uploading content, you grant AMBASERVER a limited license to store, process, and distribute your content to Digital Service Providers (DSPs) as directed by you.

5. Payments & Payouts

Royalties are calculated based on reports from DSPs. Payouts are subject to our payment threshold and method availability (e.g., PayPal). We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Limitation of Liability

AMBASERVER is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to copyright infringement or fraudulent activity (streaming fraud).
